The three results complete the eight-seat tally alongside results declared earlier: JD(U)'s Neeraj Kumar won the Patna Graduates' seat by 4,655 votes, while the four Teachers' seats went to RJD's Dr Sanjeev Kumar in Patna (by 1,057 votes), Jan Suraaj Party's Suresh Prasad Rai in Darbhanga (by 324 votes over Congress MLC Madan Mohan Jha), BJP's Narendra Prasad Singh in Tirhut (by 594 votes) and Independent Rahul Raj in Saran (by 1,815 votes).

The final party tally gives the BJP-led NDA four seats — three for the BJP and one for the JD(U) — while Independents won two seats, and the RJD and the Jan Suraaj Party won one seat each. The Darbhanga Teachers' victory marks the Jan Suraaj Party's first entry into the Bihar Legislative Council.
