According to police, the network allegedly operated across three states — Delhi, Bihar and Odisha. Consignments were allegedly procured from Odisha and sent through courier services, concealed in saree boxes, sound boxes and RO-purifier cartons, for distribution among local drug peddlers in Delhi. Police allege Nitesh Kumar operated the network from Bihar through a mobile phone, directing associates in Odisha and Delhi, and used the same mobile number to coordinate with his associates and courier personnel, IANS reported.
