Emergency services were at the scene and the injured people received the necessary medical help, Makhonin said on the state-backed MAX messaging app, without providing further detail on the nature of the damage, Reuters reported.

TopWar, a Russian military outlet, reported in its own account that air defence forces and mobile fire teams shot down 11 attack drones over Perm Krai, that an industrial facility in the north of the region sustained minor damage and continues to operate normally, and that emergency services were working at the scene. It likewise reported five employees injured, three of whom were sent to a medical facility for examination.

TopWar also reported that Ukrainian media outlets had noted the strike targeted the AVISMA chemical and metallurgical plant in Berezniki. That target identification is a Ukrainian-media claim reported by TopWar, not a confirmed fact: TopWar itself said there was no evidence the plant had suffered any significant damage, and Reuters named no facility.

Reuters did not attribute the drones to a specific attacker in its report, and neither report provided independent verification of the other's additional details. The Perm account follows a pattern of long-range drone strikes deep inside Russia reported in recent weeks, alongside Russian claims of strikes on Ukrainian logistics and port-bound shipping.
