She was part of the Indian team that won silver at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. In the Women's Premier League she played first for Gujarat Giants and then for Royal Challengers Bengaluru, and was part of RCB's title-winning squad in 2024; she was last in action in the WPL's 2025 season.

Meghana thanked the BCCI, the Andhra Cricket Association, RCB, Gujarat Giants and the Railways sports board, and said she intends to stay connected to the game by mentoring the next generation.
