Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday launched a sharp attack on Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi at the NDTV World Summit in New Delhi, saying that while the world is searching for a new order, some people are dreaming of disorder in India, according to ANI.

Without naming Gandhi directly in that line, Modi accused such individuals of being bent on tarnishing India's reputation, travelling abroad to defame the nation and pleading with foreigners to intervene in India's affairs, ANI reported.
Modi said Congress had made more failed attempts to launch its leader than the number of launches from the Sriharikota space centre in a year, calling the leader a failed product, according to The Business Standard and Times of India reporting of the same speech.
He added that, to shield the Gandhi family from the stain of repeated failure, Congress was casting doubt on India's achievements, virtues and progress, and said 'Dimagi Naxals' had hijacked the party's mind to the extent that it had lost its own capacity to think.
Modi also accused Congress of drowning out genuine opposition voices with its noise, saying those who want to raise points against the government in a legitimate democratic manner find their voices drowned out. The remarks came amid opposition street protests over the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls and demands over the Chief Election Commissioner.
