The charge arises from settlement proceedings with SEBI over a show-cause notice issued in August 2024 concerning investments by certain mutual fund schemes in Additional Tier-1 bonds issued by Yes Bank. After SEBI's in-principle acceptance of settlement terms, the AMC remitted Rs 7.68 crore in settlement amounts and Rs 89.08 crore toward management fees earned on those investments, plus interest.
