The Prime Minister emphasised timely completion of the projects under review and stronger coordination between the Centre and the States, the official description of the meeting said.
He also pressed for domestic production of essential pharmaceutical ingredients, so that India's medicine supply depends less on imports, and for improved welfare delivery, so that government schemes reach beneficiaries with measurable results.
The meeting underlined an outcome-driven approach to governance — one that translates public spending into tangible benefits for citizens, the official description added. No project-wise list or revised completion dates were given in the description published after the meeting.
