Arrests in Haryana

In a parallel development, the Anti-Extortion Cell arrested three more accused from Sonipat in Haryana on Thursday, IANS reported. They were identified as Sameer, Jatin and Ankit Khatak, and were brought to Mumbai, where they are expected to be produced before a court.

Police suspect Sameer played a coordinating role in the alleged conspiracy, acting as a link between Anil Pandit and the alleged shooter, Rehan, and accuse him of arranging funds and weapons in connection with the incident. These are police allegations and remain subject to judicial proceedings.
