Campaign manager Cheryl Bruce said Peltola and her family sustained minor injuries but are in good spirits, and that her events in Fairbanks and Bethel will be rescheduled for later in the week on the advice of medical professionals. Bruce said Peltola is disappointed the accident is delaying the start of her 'Alaska Always Tour' and is eager to return to the trail.
