BOSTON, Massachusetts — Keith Harlow, 40, of Athol, a member of the Four Corner Hustlers chapter of the Vice Lords whom prosecutors call “Lord Savage,” has pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston to gun, drug and robbery charges, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts announced.

Harlow pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery, and engaging in the business of manufacturing and dealing in firearms without a license. U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani scheduled sentencing for January 12, 2027, Franklin County Now reported.

Prosecutors said Harlow was on state parole at the time of the offences, after multiple concurrent six- to 10-year sentences for armed robberies. He was charged in May 2025 but remained a fugitive until his arrest in August 2025. In 2025, investigators said, he sent messages and appeared in photos and videos with firearms, a suppressor and a machinegun conversion device known as a switch, and discussed making and selling firearms.

According to the charging documents, Harlow, Andrew Poor and Dante Machuca entered the Athol home of a suspected drug dealer in January 2025, armed, to rob him of drugs and proceeds; Harlow allegedly fired his weapon during a struggle and pressed the hot barrel against the victim's abdomen. A search of Harlow's home on May 29, 2025, recovered firearm receivers, suspected suppressors, conversion devices, 3D printers and gun-making supplies, along with about 100 grams of suspected cocaine, prosecutors said.

The most serious charges carry up to 20 years in prison. A co-conspirator, Perry, was sentenced in September 2026 to 97 months in prison, the Justice Department said. Sentences are decided by a federal judge under the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines.
