Han, who lives in Ithaca, was charged with making a terroristic threat. IPD worked with the Tompkins County Sheriff's Office, which will make a recommendation for bail, police said. The investigation remains active. The charge is an allegation only: Han is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court, and police have not alleged in the reports that any attack was carried out.
